  • I put the person in personal training first. I’m focused on you as a whole, not just your physical performance.

    My methods of training include kettlebells, steel mace, and rope flow. I am also able to provide standard strength training like fixed and free weights. The gym is a large tool box to reach your goals and I like to use the best options possible.

    As a former teacher I’m always working to improve your understanding of what you are doing so that you are not reliant on me long term for the basics.
