What is Rope flow

Movement
Rope flow is using your body in all planes of movement. Its gentle enough to feel like its opening things up, like stretching or yoga, fast enough for you to work up a sweat like cardio, challenging enough for you to need to focus in like strength training.

Mindfulness and Focus
To find flow, you need to be present. Rope flow builds your focus and awareness, like meditation, getting you to be mindful of how you and the rope are moving. When you reach a flow-state, it all just happens, you and the rope are one.
